They have a sheerer base that can be worn as such, or built up to a more opaque finish.

    How To Use

    For Best Application:

    - We recommend using a flat eyeshadow brush to apply loose pigments.
    - For best results we also recommend using a glitter / pigment adhesive or Mixing Medium with your loose pigments. Just add a drop or two of your mixing medium to your loose pigment, mix to desired opacity and apply to the eye with your brush.
    - You can also lay loose pigments over a sticky pigment base or primer if that is what you prefer.

*Please be sure to close lid properly at all times to avoid spillage.

If any irritation occurs, discontinue use.
