Refund policy

Returns:

Due to COVID-19 and the nature of our products, Cloudchaser Cosmetics is  unable to accept returns.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. We advise you to choose your items carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or faulty items:

We try our best to inspect each order before sending them out to make sure they are in top condition.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. 

If you find your item has been damaged or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at cloudchaser_cosmetics@outlook.com.

Once an order has been made and paid for it is finalized and we cannot make alterations. We can however offer a cancellation if needed (this does not apply if the order has already been shipped out.)
If you have made an error whilst ordering please send us an email asap and we will review the issue and endeavor to resolve it.
