    Aqua, Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Propylene Glycol, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol, D&C Black No2 (CI77266.)

    How To Use

    For best use, warm up eyeliner on the back of your hand before application. Cloudliners apply best to fresh, clean skin. Application may vary depending on your base / other products used.

    You can also apply Cloudliners to the entire lid to use as an eyeshadow base. Our sheerer shades also make great inner corner highlights.

    Be sure to always secure the cap well and store in a dry, cool place. Discontinue use if any irritaton occurs.
